Naturally leavened with lievito madre and slow-fermented for over 48 hours, it delivers a cloud-soft crumb, golden crust, and a beautifully balanced finish of citrus and cocoa.

Available in three handcrafted formats to suit every occasion:

• Basso (750g): The traditional panettone for all occasions—perfect for gatherings or gifting (approx. 10 servings)

• Pannetoast (450g): A beautiful loaf shape designed for slicing—ideal for breakfast or toasting (8 slices)
