At Harris Hearth Breads, we stand behind the quality and care baked into every panettone. While we cannot accept returns due to the perishable nature of our products, we’re committed to making things right if something goes wrong.

❌ We can't accept Returns

Because our panettone is made fresh we do not accept returns once an order has been picked up or shipped.

✅ Our Promise

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn’t meet expectations, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery or pick-up. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue—whether that means a replacement, store credit, or another solution.
