Baci di Lampone features a vivid raspberry cocoa‑butter swirl folded into our long‑fermented dough, accented with bright Italian candied lemon and creamy Belgian white chocolate. The result is a panettone that tastes like a kiss — tart, sweet, aromatic, and irresistibly soft.
Crafted exclusively for our Pan Valentino collection, each loaf is wrapped in festive Valentine’s packaging and produced in extremely limited quantities. A luxurious gift for the romantic, the raspberry lover, or anyone who deserves something extraordinary.

Panettone Dough:
Organic wheat flour, cultured butter, egg yolks, raw local honey, cane sugar, natural sourdough starter (lievito madre), whole milk, bourbon Madagascar vanilla paste, citrus zest (lemon & orange), sea salt.
